Part of the walk there on a paved path. You have to go early otherwise there are a lot of cyclists

Have a nice chat with a friend during a fun but muddy walk 🚶♀️➡️🚶♀️➡️ During the walk my watch was inexplicably taken off and put back on 🤔
Bokrijk different starting points. You can find these on website https://www.wandeleninlimburg.be/nl/ there are different distances. I wanted to do the red one, nice walk through green, forest. Paved roads and unpaved. Nice variation. Once we arrive at the Bokrijk domain, you will see other routes on the information board. The blue route triggered me. Was doubting. But went for it anyway. But WOW happy roof that took me on my route. So beautiful through the forest and then part of the Arboretum, a large garden with one of the richest plant collections in the country. You can only walk through here, without following the blue route. Definitely worth it, photos speak for themselves. Continue through the domain. With some paved roads for the rest. Also walking through the water, beautiful with the ducks and swans on the water. Here follows unpaved paths with fuller paths in between. It is part of the Wijers, which means a wetter area. Couldn't take more pictures at the end. Charger along but forgot to charge it 🤪🤦 ♀️ So on airplane mode you can still record the route, but fewer photos. Enjoyed 🥰
Did a fantastic round in the Bokrijk nature reserve today. Absolutely recommended for nature lovers. Very varied route with lakes, pine forests, trails past streams, castles, palaces and natural biotopes. Repetition factor 💯 percent! There is still plenty to discover in the area. The weekend trip was definitely worth it. ✅🥾💯🇧🇪👍
Did a fabulously surging round in the Bokrijk nature reserve. This tour is highly recommended for nature lovers. The little weekend trip to Belgium was 100% worth it. 🥾💯🇧🇪👍
We will definitely come here again for a walk..
This was a variation of the red route. It has been modified so that you have to walk more on paved and inhabited paths. I made a few detours (free-range meadow and arboretum). If you want a less paved path, the blue route is a nice alternative
