The name of the park tells you all you need to know about this Tour, and the Uisge Bàn Falls is a spectacular waterfall. The Provincial Park is located on Cape Breton Island to the north-east of Nova Scotia. In the Mi'kmaq language, it is called Unama'ki.
The path that leads to the waterfall is spectacular, following the North Branch River through the forest. The colours of the trees that line the riverbank are especially wonderful in autumn. You'll probably hear the tumbling waters before you reach the 15-metre (50-ft) falls. Uisge Bàn is a Gaelic name meaning white water.
After you’ve had your fill of the waterfall, head back to the start along the same paths. There are car parks and picnic tables on site.
