A surprisingly beautiful route from Earnewald in Friesland. The route largely passes through De Alde Feanen National Park, a stunning nature reserve with plenty of water, space, and beautiful views. A true water sports destination, with many people with boats and holiday homes by the water. To return to Earnewald after our walk, we had to take a ferry; for 1 euro per person, the skipper will take you across.
