Hiking

This is no ordinary walk – it's an invitation to feel the soul of Saskatchewan. Every step takes you away from the daily grind and closer to the heartbeat of the wilderness. In the seeming emptiness lies infinite abundance. You’ll make your way through short, steep passages and switchbacks to a spectacular summit, where a truly Canadian panorama awaits. Your reward is awesome views over the Frenchman River Valley and the endless prairies of Saskatchewan.

From early May to July, the trail’s surroundings are transformed into a sea of flowers – the perfect time for nature lovers and photographers. Along the way, you'll find information boards providing fascinating insights into the region’s unique ecology and history. Be aware that the trail can be slippery after wet weather, and there are often strong winds at the top. This walk is also suitable for dogs.
