Familienradtour durch die vier Argentalgemeinden

This family bike tour takes you through all four Argental communities. You'll cycle through lush green meadows where cows still graze, and in summer, the air smells of hay. Along the way, you'll enjoy views of peaks like Laubenberg and Kugel.

It starts in Oberhäuser, where the cycle path starts to the right of Röthenbach train station, near the tracks. The route descends first to the village of Röthenbach. One of the few somewhat steep climbs then takes you further to the small town of Schönau. This village boasts a historic inn with a lovely beer garden, inviting you to take your first rest stop, right on the first section of the tour. Afterwards, the tour continues through the Westallgäu region with a view of the Stauffenberg mountain.

You'll continue over the mighty Eistobel Bridge towards Riedholz. Along the St 1318, you can enjoy views of the landscape all the way to Hochstädt on a well-paved cycle path. One final climb, and from Hochstädt, you'll be racing left, almost steadily downhill via Brugg back to Röthenbach. Between the charming Landgasthof Post and the small parish church, you'll cycle gently uphill again back to the starting point of the tour.
