This tour is not just about the culinary delights in the huts - there is also a lot to discover for the eyes: a variety of orchids - the so-called "queens".
You will experience the "bride-seeking of the queens", the orchids that have put on their best dress for you, on this tour in the picturesque mountain village of Filzmoos. On your way from the Aualm via the Sulzkaralm and Hofpürglhütte to the Hofalmen, you will discover the flowers in all their glory. Guarded by the mighty Bischofsmütze, a true floral splendor blooms here that will inspire you! The tour begins with a gentle start: an easy path leads you via the Aualm to the Sulzkaralm. Here you can treat yourself to a first rest - the alpine pasture is known for its homemade "Kasjaus'n".
Then it gets a little steeper until you reach the Austriaweg. It now leads you at a constant height past the Bischofsmütze to the Hofpürglhütte. After a long break, the route continues downhill from there via the Wastl-Lackner-Steig to the Hofalmen.
