Beautiful coastal walk. I would walk it from Ampolla to L'ampetlla de mar: the reverse route. From Ampolla the route is technically a bit more difficult and heavier. Then you've had that if you're still at the beginning. Furthermore, it is highly recommended!
A beautiful coastal hike, but not without effort due to the constant ups and downs. Especially when the sun is shining all the time. The shady sections are limited. Finally we stopped at La Bocana. Traditional Spanish cuisine (menu including wine and water for €25 per person). Highly recommended.
90 m of elevation gain nothing at all. They are about 350 m. Trencacames.
Took the train from L'Ampolla to L'Ametlla and walked back via the GR 92. Very beautiful and yet spicy.
