This is also a fortified town, so it made for a nice end to the year. Another great combination of nature and culture. Lots of geese, but also plenty of other things. In Zierikzee itself, there are plenty of beautiful old buildings, and of course, we climbed the Stompe Toren (Stomp Tower). It was wonderfully peaceful in the nature reserve, and the town itself was pleasantly busy, with many visitors from the east. A great way to end 2025!
