Today we went back to Liège along the Ourthe river. A small section of the cycle path was very difficult to drive. Was more of a bumpy trail.
After a long search for a suitable parking space, we finally parked the car opposite Angleur train station in a free P+R car park at the Quai des Vennes/Rue Canal l'Ourthe intersection. From the car park then turn right over the bridge and you are directly on the Ravel 5 and then always following the sign 7 to Hamoir. There are a few bistrots/restaurants here for refreshment and then back to Angleur. The small town of Tillf is recommended. In Hamoir, directly on the Ourthe, there is a nice restaurant that invites you to linger "Le Clapotis".
