This route was planned by komoot.
Today is still acclimatization. So there was a second, small, shallow lap. It's so incredibly quiet here. And beautiful..
A second, shorter hike followed (... but this time really in the beautiful KARWENDEL 😂☝️!!): I really wanted to go to the Great Maple Forest in the Eng (Hinterriß 🇦🇹) and enjoy the sight of the many brightly colored maple trees 😍. Only 🤔... unfortunately I was already much too late. The trees had long since dropped all their leaves, what a pity 🙈. Nevertheless, I went on a hike from the large parking lot to the beautiful alpine village "Eng-Alm" and beyond to the "Engen Grund". There is a waterfall to see there and the very high rock walls of the Grubenkarspitze close off this Engen Grund in a semicircle. Here you can see remnants of snow in the shady walls all year round; it was also quite cool in the Engen Grund due to the lack of sunlight 🥶. Since I had actually planned a 12 km hike, which included the circular route to Binsalm, I had to give up on the way back from Engen Grund due to knee pain (right). I probably overstrained my "chassis" a bit too much from the long hike to, or rather down from Herzogstand to Walchensee 🙈. After 1 hour of rest and a stop at K & K ☕️🍰 in the sunny rest hut in the Almdorf, I took the remaining short route back to the car. PS: The first three and the last three pictures are all from Sylvensteinsee ❣️. I made a short stop on the way there and back to/from Grosser Ahornboden and took a few really great autumn pictures in the "Indian Summer Feeling Look" 🍁🍃🍂😍👍. The tour was again recorded including breaks, the walking time is about 1.45 hours.
A cozy little tour in scenic beautiful surroundings. A hike which is not demanding. Children enjoy the calmly rippling river. Parents don't have to worry about their children. Large parking lot available. A hotel offers accommodation and meals. You can also do difficult tours. The normal path is suitable for strollers, wheelchairs, crutches. Soon there will be a snack bar with very good food made there. Prices are ok. Great to have a snack there on a sunny day. A fresh buttermilk, then the world is fine, at least for me. Right next to it there is also an economy. We liked the snack stand better. Sit outside and see mountains all around. Just great. For families there is a lovingly prepared playground for children. So parents and children have their joys. It is suitable for all ages. Easy way for everyone. Don't worry if the parking lot
