Today we were out in the neighboring federal state. A trip with the Thuringian mountain railways had been planned for a while, today the weather was right. "Up there" in Cursdorf, we went on a tour through nature. After just a few meters, it went across the forest over hill and dale... so the tour is not suitable for strollers, …

A wonderful hike from Oberweißbach along good trails to the Urianfelsen rock, past numerous hiking huts. A better description would be "covered rest area." We continued up the mountain to Deesbach, along the steepest village street in Germany. Then back to Oberweißbach. It was a beautiful day of hiking.

It was a wonderfully entertaining tour with good weather and pleasant temperatures. We passed the Urian Rock and many small huts with views of the Leibistal Dam and the foreshore basin.
The return trip went through Deesbach, with the steepest local road in Germany. 😄 🙋‍♂️ 🥾
