This Tour makes you witness breathtaking views in the surroundings of Monte Grappa. It is a route that requires trained legs to tackle the sometimes steep slopes and good driving skills to maneuver on the uneven surface of some sections. Every effort, however, is well rewarded by the unique beauty of the landscapes.
You can tackle this itinerary with a gravel tire with generous and sufficiently knobby tires or, even better, with a mountain bike. Before leaving we recommend that you find out about the opening or closing status of the roads.
The departure and arrival point is Possagno, which you can reach with your car by leaving it in one of the car parks. Pedaling clockwise, you have a few kilometers to warm up your legs before tackling the steep climb along path 105. Already in this first stretch the views are able to give you the energy needed to reach the summit where the military shrine of the Monte Grappa.
You then face a comfortable and panoramic asphalted road on the coast that takes you to the Strada degli Alpini. Here you will need responsive brakes and, with due caution, you can enjoy the descent until you return to the starting point.
