Mountain biking
On this 52-kilometer round trip, you will cover almost 2,000 meters in altitude. There are tough climbs on fine gravel roads and narrow paths as well as tough trail descents - it couldn't be more varied!
It starts in Arosa. You cycle up to Hörnli on forest roads, where you can take a break in the Hörnli hut and fortify yourself for the trail section to Urdenfürggli. This narrow path is located in a breathtakingly beautiful landscape, but it is not without its challenges. Some places are so steep that you will dismount and push your bike. If you don't feel like doing that, you can also take a shortcut for the first 900 meters in altitude to Urdenfürggli with the Hörnli Express and the Urdenbahn.
The downhill fun then begins at Urdenfürggli. On the Bike Attack route, you roll to Scharmoin and then on to Lenzerheide via the perfectly built bike park trails. Here you are spoiled for choice and can decide whether you prefer to take the easy FLOWline or branch off onto more challenging descents - such as the PRIMEline.
In Lenzerheide you then head back uphill to the Churer Joch, where you are rewarded with an impressive panoramic view of the Chur Rhine Valley and the Calanda massif opposite. If you want to enjoy the mountain idyll a little longer, you can take a breather at the Ochsenalp a little later before you head back to Arosa.
