Here is the description from Dümmerland Touristik: Heide, Moor und mehr (Heath, Moor and more) On the tour „Heide, Moor und mehr", the name says it all. You cycle through the Kirchdorfer Heide, look out over the Neustädter Moor and experience pure nature. The municipality of Kirchdorf is located in the triangle between Hanover, Bremen and Osnabrück. The surroundings are characterized by the Kirchdorfer Heide as well as moor and forest landscapes in the middle of the Diepholzer Moorniederung. The tour didn't exactly start spectacularly: about 12 degrees and at least wind force 4, naturally from the front. But after a good 10 kilometers, the „Kuppendorfer Heide" appeared. What a beautiful spot on earth 🌍, a real nature reserve. If you also have your coffee ☕️ with you, the world is in order again for a moment. Unfortunately, many sections run along larger roads, but always with separate cycle paths. What you should also know about this tour: It is truly beautiful in terms of landscape, but due to the wide open spaces – fields, meadows and moors – the wind can really take its toll. It often comes from the side and from the front, grabbing you firmly.
