The eastern Dörenther Cliffs and the surrounding, romantic Teutoburg Forest are the main features of this almost four-kilometer-long premium trail near Brochterbeck. From the hiking car park in the Bocketal valley, the trail leads directly into the Dörenther Cliffs nature reserve. Alternatively, you can take the R45 bus to the Bocketal train station or the campsite. The first highlight along the trail are the orchards, which are equipped with interesting information panels about the different fruit varieties.

A gentle climb then takes you to the two rock massifs of Königstein and Dreikaiserstuhl. From their vantage points, which are connected by a narrow rock path, you can enjoy fabulous panoramas over the Bocketal valley. After a long break, follow the premium walking trail to a mushroom-shaped shelter, where you have the option of switching to the Teutoschleife Dörenther Cliffs. Otherwise, you walk along idyllic forest paths back to your starting point.
