Trail Reviews

Francesco Candiani
August 10, 2025, Traversata Lema-Tamaro

The crossing itself gives a good idea, given the distance covered and the significant elevation gain, the route was entirely south-facing with 30 degrees at 2,000 meters (unexpected). I also had to contend with water management, made possible by the two self-service refuges and the blessed fountain just below Lema. I had a unique encounter with some Asian cattle, truly unique. A day full of challenges.
