We followed Dimitri's tip and went hiking today to the plateau of Freyr. Departure at the church of Anseremme for a good 10 kilometers. At times not so well marked (this walk follows the blue rectangles) and sometimes quite tough. The Plateau of Freyr is a beautiful place near Dinant where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. From the beautifully shaped vantage point you have an amazing view of Freyr Castle. The area of Freyr is without doubt the largest and most beautiful climbing area of the Ardennes. The imposing limestone and dolomite rocks tower over 100 meters above the Meuse and Freyr Castle.
