The tour is challenging but doable. It first zigzags steeply downhill and then ascends in the same way, but not as exposed as in the Alps. Except for a few non-critical sections, the slope is always lined with tall bushes. In my opinion, the worst part of this trail is the wet and mossy stepping stones, which can be quite sticky. The heat, however, isn't a problem (now in October), as the hike is on the north side of the slope and thus almost always in the shade. Added to that is the refreshing breeze and the coolness from the abundant water flowing down the slopes.
