This route was planned by komoot.
Nice itinerary, but from the Lower Lake of the Ischiator the path rises for 400 m in altitude, almost all on large boulders, steeply sloping and marked only by cairns and red notches. Not recommended if the weather is not clear all day.
After Terme di Vinadio, turn right towards the Migliorero refuge and continue until Ponte del Medico, where there is a small car park. From there the road forks: take the one on the left. We recommend taking the crossroads for the small path that goes to the Pisciai waterfall (photo Sant'Anna mineral water). It crosses well, even in the flood and with the large torrent. Beyond the refuge you need to have crampons and an ice axe, because there is still snow, sometimes frozen. Return from the forestry. Shelter open, but dogs cannot enter. Since there was a hailstorm going on, we were accommodated in the winter room.
