As a “North German” a very mountainous tour. The way there leads over the hinterland, where there is always a beautiful view of the coast. Today you could see as far as the English coast. After a stopover with friends who were camping just 7km away from us (which was a coincidence), we continued on to Wissant. A beautiful section of the Opal Coast. It was also quite windy today, hence the kite surfers. Back via Escalles and then up the serpentines, down to Sangatte. France hardly has any cycle paths, but it wasn't a problem along the roads, they aren't that busy at the moment.
