Super panoramic road at the top with amazing views! On Sunday morning from 7:00 a.m. there is almost no car or motorcycle traffic - but no racing cyclists either (at least not until 8:30 a.m.). Coverings good to ok on ascent, typically Italian. Road surfaces on the descent via Uscio on the east side very often tip top, runs down fantastically.
