Challenging route uphill from the crossroads where you leave the mule track for path 435. Steep sections where you have to push the bike and in a couple of places carry it a few meters on your shoulder! From the saddle of Mount Flop you descend towards "Foran da la Gjaline" good but you have to be very careful... At the Grauzaria refuge top with Emanuele and the girls from the refuge, excellent welcome! Descent from the refuge on the very challenging trail, long stretches on foot! Basically MTB/Trekking, difficult, not for beginners!
