Beautiful route, but the foreshore quay is virtually impassable. So swampy. Up to the ankles in water. And further on we could not walk any further because of the high water. It was only a short walk back.
Took a walk in the Broekpolder. A nice route that we often deviated from because there was high water in many places and we were not equipped with wellies. Too bad because they were probably the most beautiful parts of the Broekpolder. Still enjoyed the rest of the walk and the sun that occasionally shone through the clouds.
Beautiful area, sometimes difficult paths due to flooding and dense vegetation, so wear good shoes and long pants!
