This route was planned by komoot.
The medieval ruins "Dinas Brân" is very prominent on the top of a hill near Llangollen, visible from miles around. It's a fairly strenuous walk up, steep in places with magnificent views of the valley when you get there. We made a loop, back down round the other side which was quite a contrast being almost a woodland walk. Finished off with ice-creams & views from the bridge.
