Started the tour at Carsington Water Derbyshire. Camped close to the visitors centre and cycled west on national cycle route 547 to Tissington. There pick up the Tissington Trail an old railway line and head north to Parsley Hay. Here is a cafe, cycle hire and parking. You then head Easterly on the High Peak Trail cycle way. This will take you all the way to Cromford but i left that trail and took national cycle route 547 down to Carsington and the reservoir. Then followed the reservoir's trail back to the visitors centre and my camper. All in all a lovely few hours in some of the best scenery in the UK. If you have good weather.

Longest tour to date 32 miles From high peak trail to carsington water all good and then to tissington was hard work , plenty of hills and from tissington back to parsley hay was really tough, slight incline all the way , was knackered by the the finish. Sunny mist of the day and quiet breezy on return loop.
