The tour is the Four Forests Tour (No. 8) from the Murg/Enztal Mountain Bike Arena leaflet, extended by a detour to the Merkur. If you're already there and I've never been up there before :-) The only trail portion is the descent to Obertsrot relatively at the beginning of the tour. After Obertsrot comes the main ascent. It is relatively steep and long and in humid weather it stretches a bit. But I was able to crank it up well. After that, however, you will be rewarded with flowing intermediate descents in the direction of the nightingale. The approach to Merkur was chosen incorrectly, as it was simply too steep. Next time take the road, i.e. the left of the three paths. The middle one was also steep, but it was downhill.
