This area of Clonbur Woods is full of hardpacked trails and makes for a great family walk through the trees and with plenty of views of Lough Mask. The area was called the Ashford Estate up to 1939 and was previously owned by the Guinness family.

Walk through Clonbur Woods with an occasional glimpse of Lough Mask. Manageable in trainers, especially in summer. Lots of long straight sections and not a great variety of scenery.
