- Garmin data: 5:50h total time, 720m total unevenness. Video: https://www.relive.cc/view/vPOprnEXrRq - NOTE: SPECTACULAR ROUTE!!! the ascent to the d'Amitges refuge, the La Ratera waterfall and the 6 lakes that you see on the way... and the impressive views of the Els Encantats peaks and the rest, are well worth the effort to climb. Of course, do not follow my itinerary between km 1.5 and 4: I thought my companion was ahead and I was wrong, he had stayed behind!, and until I realized it I was running up and down from the Ratera waterfall to the Ratera lake by various paths, until I finally found it. What a scare!
We took a taxi in Espot and started the tour where the taxi left us. Taxis start from 9:00 and arriving early we had no problem getting one and didn't have to wait. Dogs must be on a leash.
