Medway Viaducts

Highlight • Bridge

The Medway Viaducts are quite an impressive trio. There are three bridges, all spanning the Medway today in a row. Two are for the M2 road carriageways and the third is for a high-speed rail line. So high speed in fact, that the Eurostar set a British rail speed record doing 208 mph (335 kph) across it. Pretty swift.

It's won civil engineering awards, so as you cross it, give it a nod.
