Took a break at this stream and enjoyed the scenery. You need to cross the stream via a ford which I guess means getting a bit wet when it floods - no problem on the day I cycled over it.

Stunning views across the New Forest - as the area is quite high up the roads are reasonably exposed so it’s always worth checking which way the wind is blowing before heading out.

Perfect place to spot New Forest wildlife. The felled softwood makes it easy to spot deer and ponies.

It's a beautiful section of narrow road but can get busy with cars in the summer.

Nice little New Forest road ride. First 12km are basically undulating up hill with maximum gradients of about 10%. After this it is basically down hill from Bolderwood car park to the A35 crossing. Beware this is a narrow road with oncoming traffic that often doesn't care and not only is it twisty but the surface is poor as well, …
Nice little road ride from the White Hart pub in Ringwood finishing at the same pub. Road surfaces can be dodgy in the Forest and roads are narrow so beware of all cars many are driven by less than cautious drivers. Otherwise a great little ride with a few short climbs but nothing in much more than single digits. Can …
