Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino

Highlight • Monument

The famous Cesar's Palace. You know it from dozens of films such as Rain Men or The Hangover. Great design from inside & outside with the theme of the Roman Empire. The Hotel & Casino opened in 1966 and has almost 4000 rooms. With Rod Stewart, Celine Dion & Elton John, it always has well-known artists in its in-house shows. The complex also houses the Forum Shops, a top-class shopping centre.
Incidentally, in 1967 Evel Knievel had his famous motorcycle stunt in front of the hotel, during which he fell.

April 4, 2023,Las Vegas Strip Part I
Unfortunately, the planned hike to Teutonia Peak in the Mojave Desert didn't work out - the access road was closed, the alternative was too unsafe for us (unpaved gravel road uphill) - so we arrived in Vegas much earlier. So get your first impressions - if that's possible. Wherever the eye looks there is something to discover
