This path takes you through the forests and cultural landscape around the Ibrakuppe. If you know what it looks like, you can recognize the characteristic basalt cone from many points of the Knüll. Accordingly, you have an unexpected view in front of it, which is worth it.

A wonderful, wonderful premium trail with Ibrakuppe☀️😃
A very beautiful, very varied mythical trail, premium hiking trail, as always well signposted and with plenty of rest options. The view from the Ibrakuppe is fabulous, I realized that even though it was still closed. It was fun and very nice to run! Especially when the first signs of spring, such as lemon butterflies, a peacock eye or bumblebees and squirrels make an appearance😁 For me today it was the last, i.e. missing fable path, so my collection is now complete; https://www.komoot.com/de-de/collection/1986932/-fabelwege
Hiking for the soul! Today I used my vacation day for a little relaxing hike in the Knüll Nature Park: The "Wupp de Kupp" fairytale trail leads to the beautiful Ibrakuppe. The climb to the "real" summit is a must! From there, you have a fantastic panoramic view. Otherwise, the trail doesn't have any major highlights, but it's simply a pleasant walk, and you're repeatedly rewarded with beautiful views. Along the way, I was accompanied by many butterflies, and I saw deer three times today. The only human contact I had was a friendly gentleman with his tractor from Ibra, who was incredibly happy that I was sitting on the forest sofa and enjoying the magnificent view. I had the feeling that hikers are very welcome here 😊! P.S.: What annoyed me a bit: there is no hiking parking lot, and parking in the Seepark is subject to a fee. That's not really a problem, but downloading the app and signing up took me some time and nerves 😅
And another fabulous fabulous trail 😃. As with the Frau Holle premium trails, it is difficult to pick a favourite. So far everyone has been great, but everyone is different 👍 The dogs especially loved climbing the summit and then proudly looked at the world from above, noses in the wind 💨
A very nice walk. Also doable with a dog. The route is very well signposted.
Beautiful circular hike on the new fable trail "Wupp die Kupp". Yes, we wupped the Kupp, i.e. the Ibrakuppe. 😉 . Lots of peace, nature and fabulous views along the way. We were surprised how green the forest is again at the end of September after this drought summer.
You have to climb the Ibrakuppe first - but you will be rewarded with amazing views and still absolute peace and quiet. 🏞🤩 In addition to the stony path to the Ibrakuppe itself, after leaving the holiday village, you move over meadow paths, forest paths, gravel paths and paths. A pleasant mixture that makes the ascent attractive. 🤗 In 2018 the forest was probably very badly affected by the bark beetle, even now in autumn you don't see much of it. Of course there are tree-free areas, but they are covered with forest again and so the tour is not only exposed to the change of seasons but also to constant growth. 🌳🌲 A really pleasant hike that is both diverse and calm. It didn't feel like 12km and every effort paid off. 😇
Very nice hiking trail with a great view from the summit. And there are also a lot of mushrooms there 😊
