After heavy rainfall you should take a towel with you because the lake trail is sometimes heavily flooded. Take off your shoes and move on according to Sebastian Kneipp😁💦👍🏻
Slow Trail Pressegger See. My first glance is up at the mountains, whose peaks rise steeply into the blue sky. It is the Gailtal and the Carnic Alps that protectively frame the Pressegger See here. Its dense reed belt only opens up a narrow path. I spot a great crested grebe between the tall stalks. Its gray plumage shimmers in the sun. I watch him for a while and continue on my way. Up to the steep slope of the shore, from which you can see the typical Carnic mountain peaks with the Nassfeld particularly beautifully. Below, on the sparkling water, an old boathouse balances. A few swimmers slowly do their laps. And I think to myself: soon I will be one of them. route The approximately 6 km long Slow Trail around Lake Pressegger See starts at the lido in Hermagor. Don't set yourself a time limit, just enjoy the relaxing moment of walking in the middle of the wonderful reed landscape. Get on your way. Go through the portal. Draw from the power of the moment. give 4 stations you stay.
A relaxing walk around the Presseggersee and throug the reeds
After arriving in Hermagor-Nassfeld, we took the bus to Lake Presseger See. We walked around the lake along the Slow Trail. We enjoyed the natural shoreline. The path along the built-up shoreline, however, was less enjoyable, as it runs directly alongside the road.
Walk around the Pressegger See. Unfortunately not really recommended with a dog, coming directly to the lake (with 🐕) is not possible, either it is a lido or privately owned. It's a shame, you could only come into contact with water 💦 at the inlet and outlet of the lake.
This tour is not worth it ☹️ you walk too much along the street and you can only swim in the outdoor pool 👎
Beautiful evening walk around the uniquely beautiful Presseggersee in Upper Carinthia.
Circular route around Lake Presseger with "lost places". Abandoned hotels in prime locations with lake views.
