Today it was a pure forest walk on the edge of the Königsforst in the Wahner Heide area. This was a military training area in the past and is located in the area of Cologne Bonn Airport. The noise level was accordingly high. The path itself was easy to walk except for one section - a particular highlight was the farm, where there was coffee and cake. A small animal enclosure and bird observatory invite you to take a circular walk. All in all - a lovely Sunday stroll.
