August 7, 2022,S. Angelo - Cava scura - Fontana

Always upwards! but it's worth it. There are beautiful views and narrow gorges to hike through, a dusty road and white rock formations. Because of the incline, it took us significantly longer than was recorded. At the end of the tour, it's just a snap to Fontana to stop off and on the Epomeo as a stopover
