I rode a nice bike tour to junctions.
I started in Essen on Zone Ameise directly at junction 51 and drove through junctions 53,54,83,55,3,1,51 to the start. Very relaxed and away from traffic.

A very beautiful route. Lots of greenery and along the water.
I highly recommend a fries and currywurst at one of the stalls at Haus Scheppen.
The route passed many beer gardens and restaurants. There were also a surprising number of campsites.
