The direct Milan Pavia does not pass through here. The route needs to be revised in some places, but very satisfying. The church of San Michele Maggiore in Pavia is worth the trip to this city alone. And then pedaling through the rice fields on a perfect day like today.

Also very beautiful is this one which arrives in Pavia following perhaps the least direct route but certainly one of the most interesting. Very dirt road, with some rather challenging sections.
