Bordaglia ring and Giramondo pass with departure and arrival at Pierabech parking 🅿️ "Goccia di Carnia" in an anti-clockwise direction. Made some detours off the original route to observe ungulates, deer and chamois.
An enchanting place in the Carnic Alps... the alpine lakes of Bordaglia and Pera, a magical high mountain environment on the border between Italy and Austria! A scenery and suggestions that are difficult to describe, an oasis of quiet, a natural area embellished by the color of the emerald waters of two "jewels" set among imposing peaks, green pastures, larch forests and fir forests. The silences, the amphitheater of sharp crests and the splendid panoramas have made this autumn walk pleasant and fascinating.
