We missed the ochres as we did not see the path which turned right. But we had a very beautiful view of the Cévennes and Uzège. The mill is quite nice.
The chasm is closed to access by police order due to cave-ins. The ochres are very difficult to access and barely visible in early summer when everything is still green. It's necessary to take a detour, pass by a mining company, and descend the road until you reach a dry stream bed, which you must climb back up to reach the ochres.
