A section of the route also follows the quiet and popular Assuan-Trasierra Road.

Nice route through the Sierra de Córdoba city. I have made the ascent from Cerro Muriano to then go across the Sierra, its orography is very fun with continuous ups and downs without excessive ramps. The road is in perfect condition and its shadows protect us from the Sun. The views from Las Ermitas are beautiful.
This route passes through part of the Sierra closest to the capital of Córdoba. We begin the ascent through the mythical port of Cerro Muriano, a gentle climb without steep slopes until its last 2 km. Passing Cerro Muriano we turn towards the peri-urban park of Los Villares, an environment surrounded by trees and with continuous ups and downs. We cross Assuan to continue to the Hermitages where I make a stop and continue to the Trassierra descent and reach the city.
