Because of the rain and uncomfortable wind, we only did a small loop at Arnarstapi: but the way there was still worth it. Beautiful coast, lots of birds (gulls and arctic terns) and a good soup in an Icelandic "kaffi" made up for having to use the rain gear to the full.
