A nice cycle ride on the Cuckoo Trail, there are a few road crossings and two small sections of road to navigate, other than that an enjoyable ride through the country side.
Free parking at Station Rd Heathfield, easy spin to Polegate, around 3 mile of road to Jevington, then you can huff and puff over the South Downs Way to Beachy Head 🙃. Oh a save yourself a little, the Cuckoo trail is an every so uphill ride all the way back ! Enjoy 😎
