In the afternoon, we hiked the Apple Trail, which was a bit of a challenge today, given the heat. There are a few sections through the forest, but most of it is shade-free, through vast apple orchards! The trail is well signposted, but we hiked it in the opposite direction.

Start and end at the Flötscherhof. Tour clockwise. Behind Natz, after the Ölberg, take the path to the left and not the easier path to the right. The path is narrower and goes further down into the valley, but is very nice to walk (not suitable for strollers)

The apple path mainly leads through apple orchards. There are information boards about apple cultivation at irregular intervals.
