Last part of the Kocher Jagst cycle path. We skipped about 15 km because we have cycled this route many times and our butts were already sore.

Conclusion: Great signage, lots of great towns and places to discover 🧭

⬆️: Route from Kirchberg/Jagst to Gaildorf is incredibly beautiful and there are also beer gardens and vending machines to "fill up"

Today is the last day of our tour. As in the previous days, we set off between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. After just 200 meters, we're back on the trail and quickly reach the Jagst River.
At kilometer eleven, we find a nice bench by the Jagst where we can have breakfast.
Then we head to Neudenau. It looks more …

Another beautiful stage of the Kocher-Jagst Weg with a stop at the castle of Götz von Berlichingen and the beautiful Schöntal monastery complex.
Relatively demanding due to the length of the stage, but easy to manage.

Showing Translation

Today's stage was a little longer and more demanding. Very nice in the countryside. In between you will pass many interesting towns, places and monasteries. You should take some time here and look. It was a very varied stage in the best weather.

The first stage of the Kocher-Jagst Tour. Started in Bad Friedrichshall. An overnight stopover was the town of Mulfingen-Ailringen. A very nice route, mostly asphalted. Steadily increasing. Total distance just over 70 km.

Showing Translation

Today's stage was very, very strenuous, only uphill with a headwind at up to 30 degrees. It was only bearable because of the beautiful landscape and the varied route.

Showing Translation

Starting in Bad Friedrichshall, the shortest route for me. From here, upstream along the Jagst to Aalen, then downstream along the Kocher back to Bad Friedrichshall.
