Between Königsbach-Stein, Eisingen and Ersingen/Bilfingen lies the picturesque Gengenbach valley. Nice loop through the wide meadow valley, forests and along the ridge before Ersingen, past the pretty St. Wendelinskappelle. The Gengenbach currently had no water.

Sylvia was able to complete the route with her Swisstreck and wheelchair, as the paths were largely accessible except for a few gravel sections that were passable but somewhat uneven.
