From Urach, we tackled the crisp ascent to the Hohenurach castle ruins. At the top, as always, a great view of the Ermstal awaited us. Unfortunately, one of the distinctive trees has been trimmed back as part of the construction work, so it's basically just a trunk with a few stumps left.
