Old Sawmill Mittelmühle

The middle mill is believed to be the oldest in Bellheim. In the mill protocol of 1768, the then owner Nicolaus Entzinger is quoted: "Sothane mühl was built by the famous Wentzel, as far as he knows". Since 2008, the Bellheim Cultural Association has been committed to letting the Mittemühle appear in a new splendor in order to be able to preserve a piece of Bellheim's history. The Bellheim cultural association also organizes the mill and hill festival annually on the premises of the Mittelmühle.

Westheim Moor Oak

The bog oak in Westheim has not been conserved in the bog, but under a layer of sand in dunes in an airtight environment.
The exact age has not yet been determined, according to experts it should be between 3000 and 5000 years. The color is relatively light because it was under sand.
The Westheim bog oak was salvaged in the summer of 2006 during excavation work in the Westheim sand pit, Kahler Grund section.
