The tour is beautiful and varied. With good footwear, it's technically manageable. The elevation gain should be taken into account, and the time should be adjusted to your fitness level. Concentration is required from beginning to end, as many sections of the trail require conscious effort to place each step carefully.

Very intense first section of the hike with a bit of rock climbing. This stops after the first section once the path splits considerably and it is not as steep. Definitely worth getting through the first bit to enjoy the second!
