We did this tour last year when the temperature was over 30 °C. It was cooler this time and we found the hilly sections of forest significantly less strenuous. Beautiful path from Groß Zecher to Ratzeburg. 2/3 of the way there leads along the traffic road, not so nice. The way back is completely away from traffic. Wonderful to drive. Sometimes you get a little shaken up.
