The oldest settlement center of Mürsbach includes the Catholic parish church of St. Sebastian with its vicarage situated on a hill. The church square with cemetery was fortified in the 15th century in religious turmoil. The fortified tower and remnants of the walls as well as the rectory have been preserved until today.
